Once we’ve verified the existence of the necessary conditions, we will introduce you the second part of advisory – which is always free – offering you a diversified diamond purchasing project based on your expectations,  with the support of historical price trend and confidential information’s from the diamond market. Our target is to enable you to be aware and informed about the purchase you are doing.

Terms and Conditions of sale.

Made To Measure

This service will be activated by submitting us – via email or fax:

• the completed and signed forms,
• your ID card/passport copy,
• the bank transfer receipt of a 30% down payment. This payment will allow us to book any diamond identified in the previous phases.

Within a few days, we will send you a proforma invoice – to pay the remaining 70% – with all details regarding the purchase of the diamonds.

Within a few days we will send you a proforma invoice to be paid containing all details regarding the purchase of your diamonds.

Pick up or secured delivery?

If you decide to collect your diamonds in our offices in Antwerp, Belgium, we will be happy to meet you and showing you the Antwerp Diamond District.

If you prefer, we offer a safe delivery of your diamonds anywhere, all over the world.

Tracking your shipment will be as simple as a click on a button. Every shipment we send has a unique house airway bill number (HAWB) allowing you to track your shipment real-time on a secured online portal.

We will only ask you to be at the delivery address because a signature will be required upon delivery. The diamonds will be in our elegant box, which can also be used as a gift box.

Choosing Free Port purchasing service, after we have received the full payment, your diamonds will be sent into the secured vaults of the Geneva Free Port through a facility manager.

Here, your diamonds will be stored and fully insured in your name and on your behalf.

Our advisory activity continues after your purchase: we will be at your disposal and you will have the unique and exclusive opportunity to be updated online 24h/24 regarding the value of your diamonds in the private area of our website.
